Day 1 – Arrival & Local Markets

  • Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar)

  • Check-in at hotel in Kuta

  • Evening stroll at Kuta Beach

  • Visit Satria Gatotkaca Statue and enjoy a local market crawl at Kuta Square

Day 2 – Southern Bali Exploration

  • Morning visit to Uluwatu Cliff & Temple

  • Relax at Nusa Dua Beach (optional water sports)

  • Evening Kecak Fire Dance performance at Uluwatu

Day 3 – Temples & Coastline

  • Sunrise visit to Tanah Lot Temple

  • Visit Pura Petitenget Temple

  • Evening relaxation at Seminyak Beach sunset cafés

Day 4 – Grounding & Foundation

Theme: Connection • Orientation • Laying the Base

Morning / Early Afternoon

  • Arrival & Balinese welcome ritual with flowers and water blessing.

  • Welcome lunch: simple local vegetarian spread.

  • Orientation circle: introductions, intention setting, overview of the yurt project.

Afternoon

  • Site walk & land blessing – connecting with the space where the yurt will rise.

  • Hands-on session:

    • Preparing the ground & simple leveling.

    • Introduction to bamboo as structure: selection, treatment, and lashing basics.

    • Start base circle foundation of the yurt.

Evening

  • Meditation & grounding practice – connecting to earth energy.

  • Dinner & community circle (sharing stories of earth + bamboo in heritage & culture).

Day 5 – Raising the Structure

Theme: Collaboration • Creation • Strength

Morning

  • Gentle yoga/meditation to energize.

  • Workshop session:

    • Building the vertical bamboo frame.

    • Learning about jointing, lashing, and circular geometry.

    • Begin raising the bamboo skeleton of the yurt.

Midday

  • Lunch together (farm-fresh vegetarian meal).

  • Short theory talk: Bamboo architecture, circular living spaces, and their cultural roots.

Afternoon

  • Hands-on continuation: completing the bamboo frame and starting roof ring installation.

  • Group teamwork in pairs/rotations to ensure everyone participates.

Evening

  • Community fire circle – reflection on teamwork, challenges, and the joy of collective building.

  • Dinner together.

  • Optional: Sound bath / Balinese healing session.

Day 6 – Shaping & Closing

Theme: Completion • Celebration • Integration

Morning

  • Sunrise meditation in rice fields.

  • Workshop session:

    • Finishing the exterior (clay-earth plastering or woven bamboo matting as wall infill).

    • Polishing and reinforcing joints.

    • Painting/decorating natural patterns if time permits.

Midday

  • Lunch together.

  • Final touches & group photo – blessing the new yurt as a collective creation.

Afternoon

  • Closing circle: reflections, sharings, learnings from earth + bamboo + community.

  • Small gift or keepsake (piece of bamboo/earth, or handmade token).

  • Farewell feast with cultural performance or music jam.

Day 7 – Spiritual Bali

  • Visit Brahmavihara-Arama Buddhist Monastery

  • Relax at Banjar Hot Springs

  • Evening free for Ubud cafés & group leisure

Day 8 – Royal Palaces of East Bali

  • Day trip to Tirta Gangga Water Palace

  • Explore Taman Ujung Water Palace

  • Return to Ubud

Day 9 – Sacred Temples & Panoramic Views

  • Early morning visit to Besakih Temple (Mother Temple of Bali)

  • Stop at Lempuyang Temple (Gates of Heaven)

  • Scenic views at Lahangan Sweet Viewpoint

Day 10 – Departure

  • Breakfast at hotel

  • Free morning for final shopping in Ubud

  • Transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport for departure
