Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eco Arch Bali, we value your commitment to our Tours , architectural tours and workshops. Since our experiences require advance arrangements, refunds are strictly limited to the following conditions:

 

1. Standard Cancellation Policy (Time-Based Refunds Only)

​

• 30+ Days Before Tour/Workshop: 65% refund of the total booking amount.

• 21–29 Days Before Tour/Workshop: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• 14–20 Days Before Tour/Workshop: 35% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less Than 7 Days Before Tour/Workshop: No refund will be provided.

 

2. No Refund Exceptions

​

• No refunds will be given outside the above time-based slabs.

• No special consideration will be made for medical emergencies, personal reasons, or travel disruptions.

• Gift vouchers, discounted packages, and promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellations by Eco Arch Bali

​

• If Eco Arch Bali cancels a tour/workshop due to unavoidable reasons (natural disasters, safety issues, or government restrictions), refunds will still be provided only as per the same time-based refund slabs above.

• No full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

4. Refund Processing

​

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

• Transaction or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
