Welcome to Eco Arch Bali. By booking or participating in our tours, workshops, and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

​

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are accepted via our approved payment gateways, and guests are responsible for any transaction fees.

• Booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

• Refunds are issued only as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Standard refund slabs:

  • 30+ Days Before Tour/Workshop: 65% refund

  • 21–29 Days Before Tour/Workshop: 50% refund

  • 14–20 Days Before Tour/Workshop: 35% refund

  • Less Than 7 Days Before: No refund

• No exceptions (including medical emergencies) will be made beyond this policy.

3. Participation Requirements

​

• Guests must be at least 16 years old to participate unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and insurance coverage.

• Guests must follow the instructions of guides/workshop leaders at all times for safety reasons.

4. Travel & Insurance

• Flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included in our packages.

• Eco Arch Bali is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or costs arising from airlines, visa rejections, or other third-party services.

• Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel and health insurance before arrival.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Eco Arch Bali is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft during tours/workshops.

• Participation in activities such as bamboo construction, mud workshops, or cultural site visits is at the guest’s own risk.

• We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, workshop material, images, and videos created by Eco Arch Bali are our intellectual property.

• Guests may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Media Release

​

• Photos and videos may be taken during tours/workshops.

• By participating, you grant Eco Arch Bali permission to use such media for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Force Majeure

​

Eco Arch Bali is not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government regulations.

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the tour, workshop, or activity is conducted.

By booking and participating, guests agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the host country for any claims, disputes, or legal matters arising during their participation.
